Since our founding, we have been proud agave producers — not just mezcal makers. We guarantee product availability and truly premium standards through sustainable agricultural practices: organic fertilizers, state-of-the-art tractors and drones, and 300 hectares of sustainably cultivated estate agave.
This vertical control is what makes NAYAÁ different. While many mezcal brands face supply shortages, agave price volatility, and quality drift, NAYAÁ controls every link in the chain — from seed to bottle.
