SUSTAINABILITY
The land that made us.
Mezcal is not a product. It is a relationship — between agave and earth, between time and patience, between generation and generation. At NAYAÁ, every bottle is an account of how we honor that relationship.
OUR COMMITMENT

Stewardship over

shortcuts.

Single estate. Sustainable cultivation. Hand harvest. Native yeast. Estate well water. The integrity of NAYAÁ is the integrity of the land that produces it.
I.
LAND STEWARDSHIP

300 hectares of estate agave.

We are not just mezcal producers. We are agave farmers. NAYAÁ cultivates its own agave across 300 hectares of estate land, in a 400-hectare single estate. This vertical integration is what allows us to control every variable — from soil composition to maturation, from water to the moment the piña enters the oven.
II.
HAND HARVEST

The work of human hands.

Every piña that becomes NAYAÁ is harvested by hand by experienced jimadores from our estate community. No mechanical extraction. No shortcuts. Only the patience of skilled labor that knows the agave intimately — when it is mature, when it is ready, when it is right.
III.
REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE

Organic fertilizers. Living soil.

We farm using organic fertilizers and sustainable agricultural practices that preserve the soil's long-term fertility. State-of-the-art tractors and drones help us monitor and care for the estate without compromising its ecological balance. The land that nourishes our agave today must nourish our agave a generation from now.
IV.
WATER OF THE ESTATE

From our own well. Reverse-osmosis pure.

NAYAÁ is condensed and proofed using water drawn from our estate well, filtered by reverse osmosis. We do not import water. We do not adjust with municipal water. The purity of our water is the purity of our terroir — and the purity of our terroir is what gives NAYAÁ its singular voice.
V.
ESTATE COMMUNITY

A platform

that endures.

NAYAÁ employs a multidisciplinary team across cultivation, distillation, laboratory science, and logistics — all on the estate, all in Mexico. We invest in the people who craft NAYAÁ because mezcal, at its heart, is the work of generations. The community around the estate is as essential to our future as the agave itself.
What we do with the land determines what the land becomes. We choose patience.
