Our entry into the NAYAÁ philosophy. Crafted from mature Agave angustifolia haw — the noble Espadín — this expression reveals the herbaceous, gently earthy character of Mexico's most celebrated mezcal agave. Cooked in brick ovens, naturally fermented with estate yeast, and twice-distilled in copper. Light-bodied, refined, never aggressively smoky.
