Our entry into the NAYAÁ philosophy. Crafted from mature Agave angustifolia haw the noble Espadín this expression reveals the herbaceous, gently earthy character of Mexico's most celebrated mezcal agave. Cooked in brick ovens, naturally fermented with estate yeast, and twice-distilled in copper. Light-bodied, refined, never aggressively smoky.
